OUR FAMILY CORNBREAD DRESSING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
4 boiled eggs
4 pieces white bread
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 pan/skillet cooked cornbread
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil eggs and prepare cornbread. Sauté onions and celery in butter. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with Pam. Mix white bread and cornbread in a pan. Pour over chicken broth, cream of chicken, sauteed onions and celery, and chopped, boiled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
GRAVY INGREDIENTS
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1 boiled egg – chopped
